Wedding Day Coordination

Every couple wants their wedding day to run flawlessly.  This service begins a month prior to your wedding and allows you to be stress-free and enjoy your special day while we coordinate with the vendors and the venue.   

• Initial meeting to fully understand your vision and what you have contracted with your vendors
• Contact all vendors and coordinate the Wedding Day Timeline
• Coordinate Rehearsal and address any issues
• Liaison between you and wedding vendors on Wedding day
• Direct Ceremony and Reception as per your plans

Designing and creating a memorable event for you is more than just a job to us … it’s our passion!  We bring your vision to life through our design services by providing you with floral designs, favors, linens, furniture rentals, welcome bags for guests, and any other details to make your day everything you ever dreamed of.
